The Property Beer Mile Rules:

Our dirt (tilled and raked) track is ⅛ mile. You will run two laps between drinks.

Because of the non-standard size and shape of the track the transition zone in which drinking is allowed will be painted. 

 

• You are allowed your drink of choice with the following restrictions:

  • The drink must be a minimum of 4.5% abv

  • The drink must be 355ml/12oz

  • The drinks' mouth must be US can standard

  • The drinks' container cannot be tampered with before or during competition (no punctuation to shot-gun)

  • The drink must be made from fermented cereal grain (i.e. beer) a substitute of the same abv and size requirements must be agreed unanimously by all other competitors

• Vomiting during the beer mile results in a 1 lap penalty added to your run. The penalty maxes out at 2 laps (¼ mile).
